Delete your Burnly account and data

In the app (fastest): Settings > Data & privacy > Delete everything. This erases your data on the phone, your cloud account and household data, and your backups. It cannot be undone.

Without the app: email grievance@burnly.in from your registered email, or include your registered mobile number, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted: account, household data you own, Home Pool entries you added, encrypted backups. What is kept: guardian consent records for one year after withdrawal (proof of consent), and security logs for one year as the DPDP Rules require. Store purchase records are kept by Google or Apple under their own policies.
